About the Role

Total Wine & More is seeking a Seasonal Cashier to join our team during the holiday season. As a Seasonal Cashier, you will play a vital role in providing customers with fast and friendly service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout areas.
  • Assist with stocking and merchandising, including receiving and processing shipments.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
