Job Summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Coach to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a Clinical Coach, you will play a vital role in the development and growth of our nursing staff, providing guidance and support to new graduates and experienced nurses alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to new graduates and experienced nurses in the Emergency Department
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with unit leadership to ensure seamless integration of new staff members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of recent RN experience in ED Nursing
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from CCNE accredited school
  • Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Registered Nursing license, or Compact State licensure
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification
