Member Frontline Cashier Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Member Frontline Cashier to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and thanking members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end area, by restocking shelves, sweeping, and performing other tasks as needed.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet the needs of our members and the store.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for our members.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and colleagues.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
