Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee or engage in cybersecurity incident response efforts for events of moderate complexity.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents and perform digital forensics to ascertain root causes and propose future preventative measures.
  • Offer security advisory services on medium-scale projects for internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to corporate information security policies and standards.
  • Design, document, test, maintain, and provide recommendations for resolving issues related to moderately complex security solutions encompassing networking, cryptography, cloud services, authentication, directory services, email, internet, applications, and endpoint security.
  • Analyze and correlate security logs for anomalies.
  • Leverage expertise in leading security solutions and best practices to implement components of information security, including availability, integrity, confidentiality, risk management, threat identification, modeling, monitoring, incident response, access management, and business continuity.
  • Identify security vulnerabilities and issues, conduct risk assessments, and evaluate remediation options.
  • Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and management to address challenges and achieve objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Security Engineering or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Experience with Cloud Proxy or Zscaler in addition to Proxy SG.
  • At least 4 years of experience working with information security applications.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with ProxySG, with a footprint larger than 50, demonstrating the ability to read, write, and modify policies rather than merely responding to tickets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Preferred: Experience with Broadcom Cloud or WSS.

  • What is the size of the Proxy SG footprint you manage, and how long have you been responsible for it?
  • Have you worked with or without a management center?
  • Do you possess experience with WSS?
