Salary and Compensation

Your salary as a Wholesale Real Estate Agent at NetWorth Realty USA can range from $89,000 in the first year, with top-performing agents reaching six-figure earnings in their second year. In fact, one of our agents made $763K in 2022, and our General Managers can earn well into seven figures annually.

Job Description

You will be working with wholesale buyers, enjoying quick transactions that generally close within 30 days, and receiving earned commissions twice per week. As part of our team, you will have exclusive access to sell properties from our private off-market inventory and identify off-market properties for purchase.

Our comprehensive training program is tailored to your needs, regardless of your experience level. You will receive regular one-on-one training with our top-producing associates and have the opportunity to work on a higher volume of transactions, allowing you to accelerate your learning and growth.
