Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Fish Cutter to join our team. As a Fish Cutter, you'll be responsible for accurately cutting, preparing, and portioning fish for our revolving sushi concept. You'll work closely with our team to provide a unique and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and portion fish for our revolving sushi concept
  • Work accurately and efficiently to meet customer demand
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Pay Transparency

Pay rate $24.00/hour, depending on skill level, experience, and/or education. Compensation offered is also subject to local wage and hour laws.
