About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated nurse to work in our state-of-the-art Women's Center at Bay Area, where you will have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. You will be responsible for providing individualized patient care, utilizing your expertise to identify nursing problems and develop effective plans to address them. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing individual needs and tailoring interventions to promote optimal outcomes.
- Participate in performance improvement activities, driving excellence in patient care and safety.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree from an accredited nursing program
- Current Texas RN licensure (or eligibility for NCLEX)
- BCLS certification
- ACLS certification
- NRP certification within 6 months of hire
- AWHONN intermediate fetal monitoring course completion within 1 year of hire
