Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat residents with occupational therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
Ohio Occupational Therapy license required
Occupational Therapist degree required (Masters or Doctorate)
