RN Registered Nurse Manager

Ascension Seton Northwest is seeking a skilled RN Registered Nurse Manager to lead our Recovery Room PACU team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing activities, workflow, and nursing resources to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care services.
Responsibilities- Manage and direct nursing staff to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Conduct hiring, training, and evaluating of staff to ensure a skilled and dedicated team.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting patient care services and develop policies and procedures to ensure efficient delivery of health services.
- Monitor and adhere to budget guidelines to ensure financial responsibility.
- Bachelor's in nursing required.
- 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role required.
- 1 year of experience in PACU/PreOp nursing required.
