Job Summary:
The Head of Brand Marketing Strategy will spearhead the formulation of innovative strategies and impactful marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive measurable business outcomes for the AdvoCare brand and its product lines. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of successfully cultivating brands and engaging diverse audiences while strengthening loyalty among existing customers.
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Brand Development & Strategic Oversight
- Define and advocate for the brand's mission, ensuring it resonates consistently across all consumer interactions and channels.
- Oversee the management of multiple brands within a varied portfolio.
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand activation strategies, including advertising, product launches, ongoing marketing efforts, and strategic partnerships.
- Align marketing activities with performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create content strategies that support brand initiatives.
- Promote investments in brand marketing that foster long-term growth and sustainability.
- Establish a timeline and framework for multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to audience segments.
- Facilitate integrated planning processes, ensuring collaboration and alignment within the marketing team.
- Infuse fresh perspectives into brand initiatives to shape the future direction of the brand.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Guide team efforts in the collaborative execution of brand campaigns aimed at revenue enhancement.
- Foster a positive and solution-oriented team environment, enhancing brand marketing skills through mentorship and training.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to uncover opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
- Maintain expertise in audience demographics, industry standards, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Lead all brand initiatives, collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Creative teams for campaign execution.
- Work alongside Product Marketing and Creative teams to develop strategies that facilitate standout brand events and experiences.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish KPIs and measurement frameworks, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and accountability for progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management in the consumer products sector, including at least three years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience in direct-to-consumer e-commerce and retail marketing.
- Proven expertise in leading brand marketing within a dynamic, multi-channel consumer products environment.
- Strong grasp of cultural trends and consumer behavior.
- Experience in the food and beverage sector, particularly in vitamins, minerals, and supplements, is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in building brands and developing results-driven marketing strategies.
- Leadership experience with a focus on cultivating strong internal partnerships and cross-team collaboration.
Compensation details: Yearly Salary
