Job Title: Registered Nurse Bone Marrow Transplant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Bone Marrow Transplant team at Methodist Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with medical providers and other care team members to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by medical providers.
  • Monitor patient responses to treatments and report any changes or concerns to medical providers.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting a smooth transition to home care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • 1-2 years of experience in bone marrow transplant or oncology nursing.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
