Physician - Trauma Surgeon

We are seeking a highly skilled Trauma Surgeon to join our team at Ascension Borgess Hospital. As a Trauma Surgeon, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills. You will also coordinate discharge planning with case management and participate in academic programs as requested.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills.
- Coordinate discharge planning with case management.
- Participate in academic programs as requested.
- Provide appropriate documentation that meets insurance company requirements.
- Participate in inpatient and outpatient consultation for specialty.
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Michigan Board of Medicine obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
