Job Description

The registered nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care in the Pediatric ER, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to meet the unique needs of each patient. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Care for pediatric patients in the emergency department
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field
  • 1 year or more recent experience as a registered nurse
  • PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification required within 60 months of employment start date

Estimated Salary:

$90,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience.
