ROLE SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee safety and security protocols; ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Utilize training resources and hands-on coaching to foster the development of all team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations set by Domino's and local authorities.
  • Manage inventory, handle cash, deliver outstanding customer service, forecast sales, engage in local marketing, and create staff schedules.
  • Effectively manage sales, inventory, and labor to meet profit goals.
  • Uphold product, service, and brand image standards on a daily basis.
  • Commit to working 40+ hours weekly, with availability for both opening and closing shifts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous management or leadership experience is essential.
  • Experience in the restaurant industry is preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering friendly customer service.
  • Must successfully pass all background checks.
  • Strong mathematical and technological skills are necessary.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, consistently delivering high-quality products, including the ability to prepare a large pepperoni pizza in 45 seconds.
  • Experience in training team members in product knowledge, service excellence, and brand standards.
  • Must obtain Food Safety certification as required by local regulations.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 25 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outdoor tasks. In-store temperatures can range from cool to warm, and employees may encounter hot surfaces and equipment.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for processing orders and interacting with customers and team members. Ability to perform basic math functions accurately and efficiently.
