About the Position

Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting. This will involve assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition, as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments, as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Critical Care Nurse in an ICU setting.
- Current ACLS, BCLS, and BLST certifications.
- Ability to work night shifts (3x12) and flexible scheduling.
