Job Summary

Comprehensive Behavior Supports is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ABA services to clients in their homes or community-based locations
  • Implement skill-building and care plans as part of our clinical team
  • Record session data accurately using electronic devices

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • RBT certification required before starting work
  • Passion for making a difference for children with Autism
  • Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
