Commercial Superintendent / Project Manager

Red Rhino Roofs and Solar is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Superintendent / Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects and ensure their successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, allocating resources and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe work environment.
  • Resolve any project issues or conflicts that may arise, maintaining accurate project documentation and records.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent in commercial roofing.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • OSHA certification preferred.
