Salary: $2,154.00/week

Job Summary:

As a Travel Nurse RN Outpatient Surgery, you will provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting, working with a variety of patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex. You will be responsible for an assigned group of patients, documenting patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments, and assisting physicians in examinations and minor diagnostic procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients in a hospital setting
  • Document patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments
  • Assist physicians in examinations and minor diagnostic procedures
  • Administer medication as prescribed
  • Initiate, regulate, and monitor intravenous infusions and blood products

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in Outpatient Surgery unit
  • Surgical and procedural patient preparation preferred
  • Experience in Phase 2 Recovery and Discharge a plus
