Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the grounds of the outside property, including parking lots, landscape areas, garages, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and other assigned areas.
  • Perform minor repairs of asphalt or concrete, including patching and sealing.
  • Repair directional signage and paint parking lot stripes, curbs, and other surfaces as needed.
  • Clean the grounds and remove litter as needed.
  • Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
