Landscape Laborer

Join the Kiawah Island Club team as a Landscape Laborer and be part of a dynamic and diverse group of professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional service and maintaining the beauty of our island community.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of lawns, shrubs, flowerbeds, walks, and gardens of on-island properties.

• Maintain lawns, shrubs, and flowerbeds through regular mowing, weeding, and fertilizing
• Plant and care for grass and other types of plants
• Operate powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, and leaf blowers
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• The ability to lift and carry at least 30 lbs
• The ability to sit, stand, kneel, and walk for long periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Previous experience as a landscaper or horticulturalist is preferred but not required
