Job Overview

Trans-Bridge Tours, Inc. is seeking two part-time Customer Support Associates to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers via telephone and in-person to sell, make reservations, process payments, and provide bus schedules and prices for Trans-Bridge Lines and Trans-Bridge Tours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers via telephone and in-person.
  • Sell and make reservations for Trans-Bridge Tours' One-Day, Multi-Day, and Casino Tours.
  • Process payments and provide bus schedules and prices for Trans-Bridge Lines.
  • Field customer questions and issues and ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer concerns.
  • Daily cash out report for Trans-Bridge Lines and Trans-Bridge Tours.
  • Open and/or close ticket office as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and neat working area.
  • Follow company policies to ensure the safety of customers and co-workers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer issues/concerns.
  • Reliable and responsible.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous Customer Service experience (phone and in-person) is required.
  • Travel Industry experience a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
