As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers via telephone and in-person to sell, make reservations, process payments, and provide bus schedules and prices for Trans-Bridge Lines and Trans-Bridge Tours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers via telephone and in-person.
- Sell and make reservations for Trans-Bridge Tours' One-Day, Multi-Day, and Casino Tours.
- Process payments and provide bus schedules and prices for Trans-Bridge Lines.
- Field customer questions and issues and ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer concerns.
- Daily cash out report for Trans-Bridge Lines and Trans-Bridge Tours.
- Open and/or close ticket office as needed.
- Maintain a clean and neat working area.
- Follow company policies to ensure the safety of customers and co-workers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer issues/concerns.
- Reliable and responsible.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous Customer Service experience (phone and in-person) is required.
- Travel Industry experience a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Extended periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
