Join a Leading ABA Provider as an Experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in various locations across the country. As a BCBA at Hopbridge, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team to deliver evidence-based interventions and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to evaluate client progress towards treatment goals
  • Design and implement tailored intervention plans based on individual client needs
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Fellows, and junior BCBAs to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services across settings
Requirements
  • Masters degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Special Education)
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
