We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager Assistant to join our team at Pepper Pike Staffing LLC. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in property management and take on new challenges.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing monthly rent collections, providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor, monitoring leasing staff performance, and assisting in unit turnovers and move-in/out inspections.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position offering a competitive salary of $57,000 - $67,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rent Collection and Delinquency Management: Ensure timely rent collection, manage delinquencies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service and Communication: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with residents, responding promptly to concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintenance and Repair Coordination: Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to schedule repairs, ensure timely completion, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Leasing Staff Oversight: Monitor leasing staff performance, provide guidance, and achieve occupancy rate goals.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with unit turnovers, move-in/out inspections, and other administrative duties to support seamless property operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Real Estate Management, or 2-5 years of experience as a leasing professional in a similar property size.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn various software, including Yardi Voyager or other property management software.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, advanced knowledge of Fair Housing and Labor laws, and ability to handle moderate to high stress levels.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, possess a valid driver's license, and have reliable, insured transportation.
