Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Engineering Manager to oversee several office buildings in the East Coast. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of on-site experience and supervisory experience with a team of maintenance engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop operating and capital forecasts for multiple projects
  • Recommend and implement improvements to preventive maintenance programs, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability
  • Manage a team of 6+ engineers with support from Property Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, responding promptly to their needs and concerns
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, making timely decisions that drive business growth and success

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of on-site engineering experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Ability to read blueprints and knowledge of centrifugal chillers, HVAC systems, air handlers, and VAVs
  • Familiarity with pneumatic and electronic controls, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and team skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
