Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at Rendevor Dialysis. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis unit.

The Dialysis Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and effective hemodialysis treatments to patients with end-stage renal disease. You will work closely with the healthcare team to assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and provide education to patients and their families.

• Administer hemodialysis treatments to patients with end-stage renal disease
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide education to patients and their families on dialysis treatment and self-care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
• Document patient information and treatment outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

• Current RN license for North Carolina
• One year of recent hemodialysis RN experience
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English
• Strong technical/computer proficiency

This role exists in a hospital or in the medical unit of a post-acute or correctional facility. This role may include exposure to chemicals and blood-borne pathogens.
