Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Rehab Department. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the hospital. You will work closely with the clinical team to create and implement a care plan that meets each patient's needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to create and implement a care plan that meets each patient's needs.
  • Document all patient care, including CARE scores.
  • Promote customer service initiatives along with the Hospital Values.
  • Utilize the Nursing Process for individual care to meet the needs of patients.
Requirements
  • BLS certification required.
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certification required within 90 days of beginning of employment.
  • Certified Registered Rehab Nurse (CRRN) preferred.
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Hampshire or appropriate compact licensure, in accordance with law and regulation.
  • Associate Degree from an accredited school of nursing required. BSN preferred.
