Job Responsibilities

• Provide a safe working environment by adhering to established procedures and aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal, and client regulations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others.
• Accurately maintain and clean housekeeping equipment.
• Clean assigned areas to client standards and requirements.
• Follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transport it to designated areas.
• Report maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel.
• Secure the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required.
• Ensure security of company assets.
• Develop new skills and do what it takes to get the job done, making a positive impact for our employees and customers.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Maintain a friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients, and coworkers.
• Adaptable to guests' needs.
• This role may have physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
