Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in post-acute facilities in the Harrisburg, PA area, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, adhering to resident care plans and monitoring vital signs
  • Administer medications, track health concerns, and document medical history
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure a safe and comfortable facility environment
  • Participate in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Assist with the orientation and training of medical staff
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • High school diploma (or GED/equivalent)
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
