Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to fill the role of Clinic LPN Lead. This position will be responsible for supervising clinical support staff and ensuring optimal patient flow and allocation of resources to meet demand for services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily clinical and administrative support staff services assigned by clinic manager.
  • Manage clinic inventory and organization of supplies and sample medications.
  • Manage staff schedules and adjust according to meet productivity needs.
  • Assist in managing to assure all practices are in accordance to all state and rural health protocols.
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement activities.
  • Assist in managing the resolution and implementation of decisions/improvements as requested by management or in conjunction with clinic manager.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing program required.
  • Current/valid Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse from the state licensing board required.
  • 3 – 5 years of practical nursing experience in clinic or acute hospital setting required.
  • 2 years supervisory-level experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS)
