We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at HealthEcareers - Client. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Patient Care
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to physicians.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress and develop care plans.
- Lead and Educate
- Assume leadership roles to mentor and educate new staff members.
- Develop and implement educational programs to enhance patient outcomes and staff knowledge.
- Quality and Safety
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Participate in peer review and performance improvement activities.
- Professional Development
- Pursue ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

- Education
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Experience
- Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting.
- Licensure and Certifications
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas or compact state licensure.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Certifications
- Magnet recognition in a specialty area.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong assessment, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
