The finance team at Intuit plays a pivotal role in the overall process and consolidation of key business results across various functions, including Marketing and Communications, People and Places, Finance, Legal and Corporate Strategy and Development.
We are seeking an independent and creative thinker who can leverage their analytical skills to drive accelerated growth for Intuit.
What You Will Bring
- BS in Finance or Economics, or equivalent work experience (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in a dynamic finance role with a proven track record of delivering operational excellence
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to lead and drive complex analysis to inform decision-making
- A trusted business partner who understands the needs of the business and identifies opportunities to improve financial results
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work well within teams and coordinate across multiple organizations
How You Will Lead
- Laying out narratives and dashboards to drive executive insights and decision-making in support of strategic initiatives
- Partnering on projects to align on the right set of metrics to enable marketing investments to deliver outsized returns
- Leading 1-3 year strategic financial planning across the M&C ecosystem
- Partnering and collaborating as a key FP&A partner with segment groups to provide an accurate forecast, influence, and execute against each group's vision, strategies, and priorities
Benefits
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $169,000-229,000. This position will be eligible for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
