At Inizio Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to drive the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions on cloud-native platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in deploying and monitoring analytical assets in real-time business processes, as well as designing and developing AI applications and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML pipelines on cloud-native platforms.
- Enable functionality to support analysis, model optimization, statistical testing, model versioning, deployment, and monitoring of models and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with overall business goals.
- Architect and implement scalable and efficient machine learning systems.
- Develop strategies for deploying machine learning models at scale.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in analytics domains and deep understanding of ML operationalization and lifecycle management.
- 5+ years of deploying and monitoring analytical assets in batch/real-time business processes.
- Strong software development principles and experience with Python, SQL, and cloud-native services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in building solutions using cloud-native services.
- Understanding of DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and automation for self-service.
Education:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Math, or related field.
- Preferred: Master's degree or PhD with coursework focused on advanced algorithms, mathematics in computing, data structures, etc.
Location: Dallas/Irving, Chicago, Boston/Wellesley, NYC, Hartford CT, Blue Bell PA, Scottsdale AZ, or Woonsocket RI.
