General Chemical Hauler

We are seeking a skilled General Chemical Hauler to join our team at Trimac Transportation & Family of Companies. As a General Chemical Hauler, you will be responsible for hauling various general chemicals, with pick-up points in Michigan and destination points in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Kentucky, Tennessee, Kansas, Wisconsin, and Illinois. You will have an estimated weekly mileage of 2500-3000 miles.
This role requires a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, at least one year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience, and tanker and hazmat endorsements. You must also have a clean driving record with no preventable rollover or fatality crash in the last 7 years and no license suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol or a major preventable accident in the last 3 years.
The compensation for this role includes a competitive salary, paid weekly direct deposit, paid orientation training, holiday and vacation pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance, employee assistance program, life insurance, disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, and a 401(k) profit-sharing plan with a company match.
Salary Range
The estimated salary for this role is $91,000 - $109,200 per year, depending on experience. This includes a base salary, plus extra income from loaded and empty miles, with a starting rate of $0.70 per mile.
