Financial Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at Chateau Saint Denis.

As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day credit card processing and balancing, as well as providing assistance at the Front Desk with guests. You will also play a key role in problem-solving and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

• Credit Card Processing: You will be responsible for processing and balancing credit card transactions on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Front Desk Assistance: You will provide support to the Front Desk team, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Problem-Solving: You will work closely with the management team to identify and resolve any financial or operational issues that may impact the hotel's operations.

• High School Diploma/GED: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this position.
• Hospitality Experience: While not required, hospitality experience is preferred for this role.
• Professional Knowledge: You must have a working knowledge of professional audit standards, policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this position.
• Dress Code: A professional dress code is expected for this role.

• Interior Setting: You will work in an interior setting with air-conditioning and bright lighting.
