Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Focus on the details to deliver an "All Star" polished guest experience.

  • Deliver a Personalized Culinary Experience: Become an expert in our menu offerings and deliver a tailored experience to every guest.
  • Support the Bar: Assist with prepping, stocking, cutting fruit, changing and rotating kegs, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure cleanliness and organization in all work stations, including bars, service stations, dry storage, cold storage, and prep storage.
  • Arrive on Time and Present a Polished Appearance: Arrive at work on time, in uniform, and maintain a clean and polished appearance.
  • Maintain Clean and Safe Floors: Ensure clean, dry, and hazard-free floors throughout the restaurant.
  • Maintain Clean and Guest-Ready Tables: Ensure clean and guest-ready tables throughout the dining and cocktail areas.
  • Listen to Guests and Provide Exceptional Service: Listen to guests and provide "All Star Service" that is tailored to their needs.
Qualifications
  • Food Handlers Permit: Obtain a Food Handlers permit and maintain it throughout your employment.
  • Prompt and Dependable: Be prompt and dependable, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and responsibilities.
  • TABC Certification: Obtain a TABC Certification and maintain it throughout your employment.
  • Positive Attitude and Skills: Possess a positive attitude, be committed, trustworthy, and responsible, with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to the team's success.
  • Experience in a Fast-Paced Environment: Have experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant or bar environment.
