Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant plays a vital role in creating a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment for our residents by providing direct and indirect care. This position requires a strong team player who can work collaboratively with other care providers to deliver high-quality care.

Job RequirementsEducation
  • Graduate of a Maine State Board-approved CNA course
  • Valid on the State of Maine CNA registry
Experience
  • 1-3 years of previous CNA experience preferred
  • Will consider new CNAs with relevant work experience
Other Skills Required
  • Medical terminology preferred
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team of other care providers
  • Flexibility to cover 24 hours/day, 7 days per week
  • Flexibility to float to other units as needed
