Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
  • Assess patient needs and plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
