Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide exceptional care to women during the labor and delivery process, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Your expertise will be invaluable in making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

About the Role
This is a 13-week contract position, working 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts, including nights. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to mothers-to-be, from antepartum through postpartum and neonatal stages. Your duties will include monitoring vital signs, identifying potential high-risk problems, educating and supporting new mothers and their families, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • Active RN License
  • Degree from an accredited nursing program
  • BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and AWHONN Certifications
  • Eighteen months of recent experience in Acute Care Labor and Delivery (L&D) setting

What We Offer
