Product Liability Practice Attorney

International Staff Consulting is seeking a highly-qualified Product Liability Practice Attorney to support their nationally recognized Product Liability practice group. This position is available in Los Angeles or San Diego, with fully remote candidates also being considered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a team that represents national and international manufacturers in high-stakes product liability litigation and mass torts disputes.
  • Collaborate with a group of over 70 attorneys across multiple offices, handling complex legal matters for major consumer brands and aviation products.
  • Provide legal counsel in significant "bet-the-company" litigation matters.
Why This Opportunity?

This is a non-partnership track position with a lower annual billable hour requirement. It offers a competitive compensation structure, with a salary ranging from $180,000 to $205,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. The firm provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid holidays, family care benefits, a 401(k) plan, and additional perks. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.

Requirements:
  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction is required.
  • At least three years of experience in product liability law or equivalent litigation experience.
  • Superb written and oral communication skills, strong references, and excellent academic credentials.
