Overview of the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Pathology Physician to join our medical team at LADGOV CORPORATION. As a key member of our diagnostic team, you will be responsible for providing expert diagnostic and consultative services to our patients, ensuring the highest quality of patient care in the field of pathology. Key Accountabilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations of patient specimens, including tissue samples and body fluids, to accurately diagnose and characterize diseases and conditions. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to contribute pathology expertise to patient treatment plans and healthcare management. Additionally, they will provide timely and accurate pathology reports, maintaining meticulous documentation of findings and interpretations.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess a current license to practice medicine in any State, or Territory of the US. They shall be Board Certified Pathologist by the American Board of Pathology (abpath.org) and be currently certified in BLS, ACLS or equivalency. Eligibility for or possession of a valid, unrestricted medical license in the state of Pennsylvania is also required. Demonstrated proficiency in performing surgical pathology, cytology, and autopsy procedures is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment, are also necessary. Experience in teaching and mentoring medical residents and students is a plus.
