About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for our guests' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other maintenance services to ensure our guests' vehicles are safe and running smoothly
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest industry techniques and technologies

Requirements
  • Flexibility to work weekends
  • An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
