Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.
Job Responsibilities
As a Culinary Operations Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating all kitchen activities.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
- Ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations.
- Training, scheduling, and managing kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborating with the BOH Director.
- Maintaining kitchen equipment and addressing maintenance needs.
- Handling customer feedback and resolving issues related to food quality or service.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
