Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
The Medical Laboratory Technologist will primarily focus on testing blood and bodily fluids using advanced laboratory equipment to provide a wide range of analytical information.

Responsibilities include:

  • Measuring drug levels or other chemicals in blood to ensure medications are within therapeutic ranges.
  • Analyzing the chemical composition of blood to identify nutrient deficiencies or excesses in cholesterol or blood sugar levels.
  • Utilizing cell counters, cultures, microscopes, and various laboratory instruments.

Additionally, adherence to laboratory protocols for analyzing, interpreting, and reporting test results is mandatory.
