Position Overview:
We are in search of a committed and passionate Clinical Speech Specialist to become a vital part of our educational team.

This position focuses on collaborating with students from kindergarten through 12th grade to evaluate, identify, and address speech, language, and communication challenges.

If you are dedicated to empowering students to reach their communication objectives and excel in a learning environment, this role is tailored for you.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform comprehensive evaluations to determine speech and language impairments.
2. Create and execute tailored educational plans (IEPs) for individual students.
3. Work in partnership with educators, guardians, and other school personnel to enhance student development.
4. Deliver direct therapeutic services and interventions.
5. Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related discipline.
- Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Previous experience in educational settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with school-based environments or experience working with children is a plus.
