Prism Electric, Inc. is seeking a Production Superintendent to join our team in Tulsa, OK. The Production Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the production activities of a team of electricians and other construction personnel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, with experience in production supervision and project management. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production activities of a team of electricians and other construction personnel
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure that expenses are kept under control
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress and performance

Requirements:

  • Active Journeyman's or Master's License required
  • Prior knowledge and/or ability to learn and understand the estimating process
  • Must be Safety minded
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and Word is required
  • Exposure to Accubid a plus
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be mobile to various locations and available to travel to project areas as project needs are required
