Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales Transactions: Assist with sales transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments, and processing non-cash purchases.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and clothing racks, and ensuring that the store is visually appealing.
  • Team Support: Assist the Retail Management team with various tasks, such as processing inventory, and supporting with sales promotions.

Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Commitment to KARM Stores: A commitment to KARM Stores' mission and values, including being trustworthy, team-minded, and teachable.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for up to 100% of a standard work day, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation

$12-$14 per hour
