Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges between $60,000 to $85,000 (DOE). In addition to competitive compensation, we offer flexible work schedules, ongoing training, and various perks and discounts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms.
  • Conduct thorough comparative market analysis to determine accurate property values.
  • C coordinate and attend showings and open houses to showcase properties effectively.
  • P prepare and review contracts, leases, and other necessary paperwork with precision and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of the local housing market to provide expert guidance to clients.
