Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room - Night Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. As a Registered Nurse on our Night Shift, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals who require immediate medical attention.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing individualized care to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and report patient vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data to healthcare teams.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an Emergency Department or similar setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
