Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at WCS Healthcare Partners.

About the Role
  • Position patients and adjust imaging equipment to obtain high-quality images as requested by physicians.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain equipment according to established policies and procedures.
  • Explain procedures to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
  • Maintain all equipment for procedures, assess safety, physical, and physiological comfort of patients.
  • Minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff by practicing effective radiation protection techniques.
Key Responsibilities:Imaging Services
  • Operate imaging equipment to capture high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate image acquisition and optimal patient outcomes.
Patient Care
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including positioning, explaining procedures, and ensuring patient comfort.
  • Maintain a safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control guidelines and protocols.
Requirements
  • Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Current licensure/certification in radiology technology.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in radiology, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $65,000 - $90,000, depending on experience. WCS Healthcare Partners offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
