Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care standards and policies
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and improve outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Manage unit budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of personnel and supplies
- BSN degree and current RN licensure in New Jersey or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Proficient in computer skills and electronic medical records
- Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $125,000 per year
